Drawing on over 20 years of ministry experience, formal theological training, and executive leadership education, Chris comes alongside leaders to help them see clearly, think wisely, and lead well.
At the core of Chris's work is a deep passion for truth — about what organizations do well, where they struggle, and what steps will move them forward. He has developed a comprehensive diagnostic framework built around seven organizational pillars, offering leaders clear, objective insight into the health of their leadership, structures, culture, and mission.
Chris brings a uniquely broad perspective shaped by professional athletics, over two decades as a Hollywood stuntman, military experience, nonprofit leadership, and pastoral ministry. These experiences allow him to operate calmly in high-pressure environments and engage effectively across cultures, industries, and leadership contexts.
